TecnoParque will have a commercial area at the corner of av. de las Granjas and eje 5 norte that is in the process of development and will offer a family restaurant, banks, convenience store, office supply store, fast food area, and other amenities.
The commercial area is already in construction and will be finished in December 2007.
The information about the companies that will be located in the commercial area is subject to changes because the development is in the leasing phase.
