Designed to satisfy the most rigorous specifications for intensive technical requirement users, TecnoParque offers the latest technological advances regarding engineering, equipment, and installations.
Given the importance of providing a highly reliable power supply, tecnoparque is equipped with an redundant elctrical system through two feeders, one underground and one aerial, originating at separate substations.
In addition, the project includes redundancy in the telecommunications service.

traditional office buildings:
Ground floor plan 600 Kg/m2
(computer equipment, archive, bank
vaults, or heavy high-tech equipment).
